Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) is the most widely recycled product in the United States. It is reusable, high quality aggregate that can be used for a variety of purposes. RAP can be used as a subbase material under pavements, granular surfacing materials, shouldering materials, or incorporated into HMA.

Grimes Asphalt & Paving Corp. will inspect asphalt pavement materials brought to our crushing location and if accepted will process, through crushing, and stockpile the processed materials for future use meeting Iowa Department of Transportation’s Special Backfill specifications.
